Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK. Please allow 2 working days (Monday to Saturday) for orders to be dispatched. Bank holidays are excluded.

For Standard Delivery, please allow 3-5 days for the delivery of your order. 

For Express Delivery, please allow 2 working days for the delivery of your order.

Returns and Refunds

We love our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to make you happy.

If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please contact us at hello@sleepie.co.uk within 14 days of delivery so we can offer a refund/replacement.

If you have changed your mind, your item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for missing returns. Any original delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund issued. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns after this period.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or without the original packaging, we may send it back to you and a refund will not be issued.
